Why I am not able to access my account?

Your account may be blocked temporarily due to continuous invalid login attempts.You need to wait for 20 minutes so this will activate again but remember to login using a valid password if you have forgotten the password then kindly recover your lost password.

Why should i remember password Question?

Your password is a key to your lost password.If you have forgotten password then the password Question will be used to verify your identity.We will send you your registration information and the password question that you have setup during the time of registration.Kindly keep the registration email safe. If you have lost/forgot also the Password answer then contact us at Support.After your identification is complete, we will send you the password on your registered email address.

Can i have two accounts with same email address ?

Jobs-inn.com allows only one account per person. If you have been found to have two accounts then your both account is subject to block.But you may have one jobseeker account and also a employer account but not with same email address. The email address needs to be unique.

Can i have jobseeker and employer account with same email address ?

No, this is not possible. You can have one jobseeker and Employer account but the email address needs to be unique.

In which format password is acceptable?

We force to have a strong password, at least 7 letters in length with preferably contain one non-Alnumeric character such as - or _.

How should i activate my account?

You may activate your account by visiting the link in your email account, that you provided during the time of registration. You must activate your account within two weeks after registration else your data is subjected to delete.

How should i recover lost password ?

If you have forgotten your account password, click forgot password link at the bottom of Login panel.You are required to provide the password answer to verify your identity. If your identity is verified then a mail will be sent to your registered mail address with your lost password.

If you have also forgot your password answer, then kindly open your registration mail and provide your answer.If this is not possible then contact us at Support.

I am jobseeker/Employer, Can i advertise at Jobs-inn.com ?

Is there any account setup fee?

Employers as well as job seekers can register at jobs-inn.com free of charge and may use the premium features like search jobs, search resume free of cost.

You may have latest jobs in your mailbox on daily or weekly basis. You may check this while registering account at jobs-inn.com. You may also change the setting at account management section.

Latest jobs are also available via feed you may subscribe via feed at home page.

How can i receive jobs-inn.com newsletter and how may i disable this ?

You have the option to receive newsletter while registering account, further you may also change the setting in account management section. You may control newsletter in your account management section i.e. enable or disable this feature.

what is remember me option while sign into account?

If you are using your personal computer then it is recommended to use remeber me. This gives you the facility to default you login name and password. You may choose from the combo box the days to remember your login name and password.

May i change registration email address?

Yes, you may do this in your account management section.First you should verify your password and then provide your new email address. We will send you email on your new email address. Please verify/click the link in your new mailbox to commit this change.

No, you may not do this.

How can I Sign up for jobseeker account?

Sign up for jobseeker account here. You must be ten years old to have jobseeker account.

Can I have multiple jobseeker accounts?

Jobs-inn.com allows only one jobseeker account per person.You are not allowed to have multiple accounts. If you have been found to convicting this then your both accounts will be disabled.

How can i update my profile ?

You may update your profile and personal information in your account management area.

Is there profile page available for my account?

Yes, After you have updated/registered your profile. Your profile page may be viewed and will be accessible to other members as well. Your profile page will show your professional summary and your resumes.You may view your profile page as www.jobs-inn.com/profile/your user name.For example if your username is ali then your profile page will be www.jobs-inn.com/profile/ali.

Why i need to have resume to Apply against job(s) ?

When you will activate your account. You are able to view jobs and apply against it. When you will try to apply against any job. A warning message will be displayed asking you to create at least one resume. You must need to have at least one resume to apply against any job.

How may i create resume ?

You may create resume by clicking the link in top menu, titled create new resume. Resume quota is up to five. So, if you are exceding your quota a error message will appear.

What is cv creation Wizard ?

Resume wizard is a five step procedure. Different type of information is gathered at specific step. Once this wizard is complete , A new resume will be available in your account.

Can i have cover letter in my account ?

Yes, you may create up to ten different cover letters with quick one click procedure.

Do i need cover letter to apply against job

There should be at least one resume to apply against job. Cover letter is not mandatory.This is optional, you may submit your job application with cover letter but not compulsary.

What is Inbox in my control panel ?

Inbox is the message page that show you the messages sent to you by employer.You may reply against message(s)/Delete them.You cannot send message to jobseeker.

Can i send message to Employer ?

You cannot send your self to employer but you may reply employer against the sent to you.

How many message may i send?

You may send up to 30 messages/replies to the employer in one hour.

what is sent-item(s)?

Sent-item page will show you the messages sent by you to employer(s).

Is there Inbox size Limit?

Your inbox may hold up to 300 messages, A warning will show when your inbox reach 250 messages for freeing inbox space. When inbox will reach 300 limit then your account will stop accepting messages till you clean your inbox.

Is there any sent-box limit?

sent box may hold up to 300 messages sent by you.When your limit will be filled then the your most older message will be deleted automatically while you sent the message.

How can i change my profile picture?

You may change your profile picture in your account management section.

What format picture i may upload?

You may upload your picture in Gif, JPEG, BPM Or PNG .

How may i update my profile ?

You may change your professional profile at Control Panel section.

How may i restrict my resume to be listed in resume search ?

You may restrict your resume to be listed in resume search by employer. You may achieve this by un-checking the checkbox that states "List my resume in Resume Search". This may be done while creating the resume or later you may edit your resume to un-list your resume from resume search.

How may i restrict access my resume from third parties?

You may restrict your resume from access by third party websites. You may achieve this by un-checking the checkbox that states "Allow third parties to access my resume". This may be done while creating the resume or later you may edit your resume to make this change.

Do i need to upload picture to apply against jobs or create resume?

No this is not necessary to upload picture. You may apply against job(s) or create resume(s) without uploading picture.

How may i view my applied job history ?

You may view your paged applied job history at bottom of control panel/JobSeeker page.

How may i receive updates about latest jobs in my Inbox?

Jobs-inn.com gives you the option to receive daily/weekly job updates about latest job when you Sign up account.However you may later change the setting in account management area to subscribe or un-subscribe from this service.

How may i receive jobs-inn.com news letter?

Jobs-inn.com gives you the option to weekly News letter when you Sign up account.However you may later change the setting in account management area to subscribe or un-subscribe from this service.

How may i un-subscribe from receiving weekly jobs-inn.com news letter?

You may mange receiving or un-subscribing from jobs-inn.com news letter in account management.

First jobs-inn.com believe in genuine information.If you are found to be a fake identity or any information about you found to be fake then you are subjected to have disabled status. Your company must provide sort of contact information i.e. address, UAN, Website and company email address so, that we may reach to you and verify.

How time it takes to verify company?

Our representative will verify your company in business time i.e. monday-saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. So, if you registered account at jobs-inn.com, we will contact you in next time slot. For example if you setup account in business hours , then we may contact immediately.Once your company is approved , then you may continue normal operations.

Yes, currently jobs-inn.com is imposing 300 threads limit in Inbox. So you will receive warning if you reach 250 messages in your inbox and you will stop receiving messages if your inbox reach 300 limit.So, you must try to keep your inbox clean.Further you may send 30 messages per hour.

Do my sent boxalso have some limits?

Yes, you may hold up to 300 threads in your sentbox. Further if you sent more message your most old item will be deleted automatically.
